temperatures and chemically aggressive environments, to bespoke custom-designed
technical mouldings in high specification materials.
A comprehensive range of elastomers are available, including nitrile (NBR),
hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR), carboxylated nitrile (XNBR), Viton (FKM), ethylene
propylene (EPDM), silicone (MQ), fluorosilicone (FVMQ), neoprene (CR), natural
rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).
We manufacture bespoke parts and components to customer designs. Problem

solutions. Using the latest elastomer materials and manufacturing

latest Autodesk Inventor software, (components are designed in 3D CAD) as well
as using Finite Element Analysis modelling to explore scenario planning,
ensuring the final component design is right first time.

interpret customer requirements and translate these into recommendations and
custom proposals.
