New Polymer Sliding Element Bearings Available
 GLYCODUR® RPL and RPH injection moulded thermoplastic bearing
are now available from FTL Technology.
GLYCODUR® RPL sliding bearings have impressive running characteristics. They
have low friction and low wear characteristics, a high load bearing capacity and
guarantee an optimum fit of the sliding bearing even at high temperatures.
RPL bearings are manufactured from Polybutylenterephthalat (PBF) with PTFE and
bronze fillers. GLYCODUR® RPH sliding bearings are manufactured from a
Polyamidimid (PAI) basis which improves performance. This improvement takes the
form of better slide/friction relationship, higher temperature (240°C), pressure
resilience as well as a very good heat conductivity performance.
